REG Technologies Appoints Senior Fintech Executive Graham Hogan to Lead Commercial Growth

REG Technologies, a recognised innovative provider of compliance and regulatory software for the insurance and financial services sector, today announced the appointment of Graham Hogan as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). This announcement follows REG Technologies’ recent majority investment by Accel-KKR, a leading global private equity firm focused on technology and enterprise software, reinforcing the company’s commitment to accelerating commercial growth and market expansion. 

Hogan’s appointment strengthens REG’s commercial capabilities and supports the company’s focus on customer value and market expansion. This appointment marks another important step in REG’s commitment to deepening industry expertise, strengthening customer success, and investing in leadership talent to support its expanding product and market strategy.Hogan brings over 20 years of global go-to-market leadership experience across regulatory reporting, risk management, and financial crime compliance. He has held senior commercial roles spanning Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) and global markets, leading high-performing teams at organisations including Napier AI, AxiomSL (Nasdaq), Wolters Kluwer, Finastra, and FIS. 

Most recently, Hogan served as Chief Sales Officer at Napier AI, where he oversaw regional sales teams across six global territories. Prior to this, he was General Manager for EMEA  at  Napier AI, responsible for regional revenue performance, customer growth, retention and cross-functional leadership across sales, pre-sales, account management and operations. 

Throughout his career, Hogan has specialised in supporting PE-backed fintech organisations through commercial transformation, growth strategies and operational excellence. His early investment banking experience at Lehman Brothers and Northern Trust further deepens his understanding of the risk, regulatory and compliance landscape across financial services.
