Does Exchanges change the cost of my subscription?
No, your subscription will remain unchanged. Later in 2023 we will launch Exchanges Pro which is a subscription upgrade.
What will happen to templates I have already created?
Your existing templates will be migrated to Exchanges and will be available to use, just as before.
What if I have an ‘open’ Document Exchange?
This will be migrated to Exchanges.
REG use to build my documents, how is it done now?
Exchanges delivers a simple to use template creator enabling you to create templates yourself. You can do this by copying an existing template, uploading a document to use as a template or starting from scratch! With the simple to use editing tools you can format your templates add fields and signatures in no time. If you need a helping hand, your Customer Success Manager is available for you.
How long can an Exchange remain open?
Exchanges can remain open for up to 12 months, but with our reminder and deadline tools you can configure each Exchange to be completed in a target time that meets your needs.

Can I only send Exchanges to businesses in my REG Network?
No, you can send Exchanges to anyone, which is great for applications and onboarding! Anyone responding to your Exchange will need to be registered on the REG Network. (registration is fast, easy and free – and always will be).
Do document exchanges which have been sent to non-registered members and are currently ‘open’ need to be resent?
No, ‘open’ document exchanges that have been sent to non-registered members will continue in Exchanges.
Note: To increase security in our Exchanges infrastructure it is now a requirement that any person responding to an Exchange must be registered on the REG Network. Registration is free and always will be.
