Diogo Xavier Luís is the Chief Technology Officer at REG Technologies and has played a central role in the development and evolution of the company’s technology platform for the past eight years.

Originally joining the business as an Engineering Manager, Diogo later relocated to Portugal to establish and lead REG’s Portugal office, helping expand the company’s technical capabilities and development operations internationally.

With more than 20 years of technology experience, Diogo oversees the design and delivery of new technical solutions across the REG platform, with a strong focus on scalability, security, performance, and long-term product innovation.

He has been instrumental in the development of the entire REG software ecosystem, including the creation of REG Risk 365, helping insurance firms improve oversight, reduce operational risk, and strengthen compliance processes through technology-driven solutions.

Diogo is particularly passionate about cyber security, secure software development, and building resilient systems that support the evolving needs of regulated businesses.
