Nathan Banfield is Head of Customer Success at REG Technologies and plays a central role in supporting insurance firms throughout their journey with the REG platform.

With 11 years of insurance industry experience and nine years at REG, Nathan has built strong relationships across the market and is widely recognised for his hands-on approach to customer support, onboarding, and long-term client success. Having worked previously within an insurance broker environment, he understands the operational pressures firms face and the importance of delivering practical, reliable solutions that work in real-world insurance settings.

Nathan originally joined REG as a Business Development Executive before progressing into Customer Success Manager and later becoming Head of Customer Success, where he now leads the company’s customer experience and implementation function.

He works closely with brokers, insurers, and MGAs to ensure firms successfully implement the REG platform, streamline compliance processes, and achieve the best possible outcomes from their technology investment.

Known throughout the industry for his approachable and solutions-focused mindset, Nathan is often the first point of contact for customers and remains closely involved throughout onboarding, support, and ongoing account development.
