Zoë Parsons is Head of Marketing at REG Technologies, where she leads the development of content, campaigns, and thought leadership that supports the company’s position in the insurance technology space.

She originally joined REG as a university placement intern and has progressed through the business into her current leadership role, building a strong understanding of both the brand and the wider insurance market along the way.

Zoë holds a BA with Honours and CIM Level 5 qualification, combining academic grounding in marketing with practical experience delivering content and campaigns for MGAs, SaaS providers, brokers, and insurers.

Her work focuses on creating high-quality, insight-led content that helps insurance organisations better understand complex topics such as compliance, risk, and operational efficiency. She plays a key role in shaping REG’s white papers, guides, and reports, translating technical and regulatory themes into clear, accessible content for industry audiences.

She is also a member of the MGAA Next Generation Committee, supporting initiatives that help develop and empower emerging talent within the insurance sector.
